SAFETY AND PROTOCOLS

We are committed to providing a safe and structured environment both on and off the field.

Certified Coaches: All TC Titans coaches are required to complete background checks and annual safety training, including Heads Up Football certification.

Concussion Protocols: We follow a strict “when in doubt, sit them out” policy. Any athlete suspected of a head injury will be immediately removed from play and evaluated according to return to play guidelines.

Hydration & Heat Safety: Water breaks are built into every practice. We actively monitor weather conditions and adjust activity levels as needed.

Equipment Standards: All equipment is routinely inspected for proper fit and safety. Players are required to wear mouthguards, helmets, and pads during all contact activities.

We are committed to developing young athletes of strong character not just skill. All players, coaches, and parents are expected to uphold the following standards:

For Athletes

Show respect to coaches, teammates, officials, and opponents

Give maximum effort at every practice and game

Demonstrate integrity—do the right thing at all times

Support your teammates—we succeed and grow together

Handle adversity with perseverance—no excuses, no quitting

Take responsibility for your behavior, equipment, and commitments

For Coaches:

Lead by example—set the standard in all actions

Prioritize player safety, development, and character

Communicate clearly and coach with purpose

Build trust through service, consistency, and respect

For Parents:

Support with positivity—focus on effort over outcomes

Trust the process and respect coaching decisions

Help create a unified, supportive environment

Communicate respectfully and represent the Titans with pride

TC Titans reserves the right to take disciplinary action when safety or conduct standards are not met. This may include:

Verbal or written warnings

Temporary suspension from practices or games

Permanent removal from the program (if necessary)

Every player, coach, and family represents the TC Titans culture. We don’t just wear the name we live it.
